July 23 2008 : October 16 2008 Dress for Success Nassau County Donated by Rallye Motors located in Roslyn, New York, Dress for Success Nassau County is currently auctioning off a smart car, passion coupe valued at $17,000. Please visit www.rallye.com for more information on the smart fortwo car. Final drawing will be on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at our annual "Suited Up and Ready to Work" gala. The 2008 smart fortwo achieved the highest rating from the Insurance Institute for front and side crashworthiness. Only 1000 tickets will be sold. $50.00 for one and $200 for a book of five. Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first come first served basis.
Winners need not be present. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or services. Winners are responsible for taxes/fees and licensing. Please join us for the opportunity to learn more about the programs and services that Dress for Success offers to disadvantaged women. Our DFS101 event is a brief informational session suited for individuals who would like to become involved with our organization. Our open house provides attendees with the chance to hear about our suiting and employment retention programs, meet the Dress for Success Worldwide Staff, hear from one of our amazing clients and tour our Manhattan Boutique. Learn about the various ways your company can become a corporate or event sponsor and/or at an individual level hear about our exciting campaigns, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities and ways that you can make a financial contribution to support our organization. The session will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and will run until 9:15 a.m. We ask that you arrive on time given the short nature of this event.
