Dress for Success Seattle is excited to announce the launch of Young Executives for Success (Y.E.S!). Y.E.S! is a volunteer branch of Dress for Success geared toward young professional women, and offers a fresh new approach to networking and fundraising in Seattle.  It is where business and philanthropy come to meet and mingle through exciting events that "raise the fun" while "raising funds" for the organization.  

We believe amazing things can happen when women get together to help other women. This happens on two levels at Y.E.S!
  • Women make new and powerful connections with other women at our events
  • They also have a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged women through their support of Dress for Success! 


why get involved
The Y.E.S! Concept - Launched in New York in 2005, Y.E.S.! now has several branches worldwide that provide professional women with a chance to connect with each other while increasing the awareness of the overall mission of Dress for Success. Additionally, the main purpose for Y.E.S.! has become raising funds for programs that help disadvantaged women gain self sufficiency.
 
The Y.E.S! Vision - To become the most innovative networking group in town, to reach out and help professional women feel part of something that is both fun and meaningful, and to enable Dress for Success to operate and help change the lives of women throughout the community.
 
How Y.E.S! Works - Y.E.S! is run entirely by volunteers; we have a great group of women give their time, energy and ideas to provide value to Y.E.S! members.

Y.E.S! members come from a variety of industries throughout Seattle. These women share a mutual desire to give back to the community by helping others achieve their own successes.  We bring women together in a relaxed atmosphere to network professionally and socially and participate in unique networking opportunities where business and philanthropy can meet in style.

As a Friend of Y.E.S!, you will:
  • Connect with like-minded women; facilitate new connections in an environment that is inclusive, inspiring and absolutely not intimidating.
  • Forget small talk; instead, come and share your stories, advice and words of wisdom.
  • Relax; enjoy the spirit of our fabulous venues over a glass of wine or two.
  • Feel great about your contribution; 100% of your annual Y.E.S! contribution directly benefits Dress for Success Seattle, helping women to make tailored transitions into the workforce.

To become a friend of Y.E.S! We ask for a $35 contribution, of which every single penny will go to Dress for Success Seattle.  As a friend of Y.E.S!, you’ll receive:
  • Early notification and invites to events for a very nominal fee
  • The opportunity to bring your friends and business contacts to our events
  • Access to volunteering and leadership opportunities with both Y.E.S! and Dress for Success Seattle
  • Opportunity to network with like-minded fabulous local ladies
  • Knowledge that you have done something good
