Our Mission
Dress for Success Brisbane is a non profit organisation established to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and life.
Our History
Our organisation started in January 2008 and opened its boutique in June 2008 . In January 2010 (as Suited to Success Inc) we became an affiliate of Dress for Success Worldwide and we are now known as "Dress for Success Brisbane". We have assisted over 800 clients into work, job placement or their own business.
Becoming an affiliate of Dress for Success Worldwide , and being part of the growing network of Dress for Success in Australia will enable us to offer a wider of services to Brisbane women . It will also help us become a stronger organisation benfiting from the existing infrastructure and best practice learnings from the Dress for Success Worldwide organisation and its affiliates.
We are particulalry grateful for the support we receive from the State Government through Skilling Queensland , our renters of the month, our special corporate donors and the hundreds of women who give time, clothes and support to helping us assist and support our clients.
