At the luncheon, we ask you bring a new or gently used purse and place in it, a "Pearl of Wisdom" for the woman who will pick your purse at the end of her suiting... in years past, the purses have contained personal notes, bookmarks, little books, poems etc. with words of encouragement for the women we serve and their journey.

Dress for Success Erie is a non-profit organization specializing in suiting women for the workplace. Suiting women for their future encourages them to pursue economic independence and to succeed in the workplace and in their lives. Dressing women in professional attire raises their self esteem and empowers them to achieve their goals. Since July 2008, we have served over 2,300 women in the Erie area, helping them achieve a fresh start.
